Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks as well as routines, tips and tricks on his Instagram. Jo died in 2023 at 30 years old suffering from an Aneurysm. The ache in Jo's neck was apparent just moments prior to his passing. Noel Deyzel (a fellow bodybuilder) confirmed his death by posting it on Instagram. His then partner Nicha also followed suit.
