Markie Post was born in the USA and is an acclaimed actor. She has played the roles of Christine Sullivan the public defender on NBCs Night Court, Terri Michaels the bail bondswoman Terri as part of ABCs The Fall Guy drama series and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman the sitcom Hearts Afire by CBS. She's appeared on several other series in addition to acting. When she was a kid she grew up in Walnut Creek with her siblings as well as poet Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School, where she played cheerleader. She was a student at Pomona College for a short time and then was graduated from Lewis & Clark College, Oregon. Post was married prior the wedding to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross (actor/writer) is the husband of Post since 1982. They have two daughters. Post is a great actress and a wonderful wife and mother has set the standard of many Hollywood actors. Post early acting credits include a 1979 appearance on Barnaby Jones, the first episode Simon & Simon Details at Elevenin 1981, episode one from the second season of The Greatest American Hero two episodes of The A-Team as two different characters from The Only Church in Townin 1983, Hot Stylesin 1984 and The Love Boat. After appearing on Buck Rogers: The Twenty-First Century, and in Cheers as Diane Chambers best friend, she was also a regular on ABC's action series The Fall Guy.
