Lockhart says in a video interview with Lockhart in a video interview "I don't think that is what defines my character. It's not my intention to have an impact on disabilities because I've got many more things to contribute." This doesn't influence my day-to-day activities. I go about my business as usual and have come up with my own methods to adjust. It's an integral element of my life therefore it's important to talk about the subject. Lockhart who is an source of inspiration for anyone who wants to be self-accepting, is on a long road to reach this. Lockhart admits to having been through a few phases in her body, and felt insecure at times to wear outfits that showcased the arms of her. Nowadays, she can wear whatever she likes. And she posts her pictures to social media. Self-love, according to her, is a process. "I do not think that you will ever be in that place," she said.
