Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
My child played around in a playpen while I worked 12-hour days cleaning the floors, and taking down the wallpaper. Ha! The house was getting closer to completing, however we were a long distance to go. The project would require lots of time and money and shopping my favorite to furnish this home. To keep my budget in good shape, I went out with my three boys in search for bargains in estate sales. It was our weekly routine of walking around garage sales and auctions on Saturday and Sunday, and buy a variety of furniture, both new and old made. I'd spend my workdays at the end of the driveway, either painting or sanding. It was a bit like it... This was when my interest in the restoration of furniture first began. I kept on restoring furniture long after we decorated our house. There was a market in the area to let me sell my pieces. In the end, I accumulated more items that I had no idea how to use them and outgrew the area. The house became a venue that I hosted open houses. Up 1000 people would be able to view the items on my first floor before purchasing the items. My company Growing Days began here. Not only was my business flourishing, but I was also growing my sweet family too. Finding the balance was important to me. I wished to balance being a mother and also a successful business owner. Growing Days seemed like the perfect fit. Nora, my 4th kid was born in the year 2013. It was a great direction for my business however I was also in need of a vacation. I decided to stop working on my antique furniture and spend time with my children. This was just the thing I needed. After a few minutes I began to hear my phone getting busy. The people who called me were needing help with their interior decorating and home improvements. It was mostly those who visited my residence to buy furniture. Then I slowly took on clients at my own speed. Soon I had multiple clients and I was running a business of home renovations. If you'd have predicted that this venture of mine would turn into the premise of a tv show for the DIY Network I probably would have been astonished. It's true that I amused when I think of it.
