Markie Post was born in the USA and is an acclaimed actress. She has portrayed her roles as Christine Sullivan the public defender in NBCs Night Court, Terri Michaels the bail bondswoman Terri as part of ABCs The Fall Guy drama series and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman the sitcom Hearts Afire by CBS. In addition to acting, she's also associated with several game programs. The daughter of poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised alongside two other siblings at Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School in Los Angeles was her school of choice. It was where she played cheerleader. She briefly attended Pomona College and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon. Post was previously married to Stephen Knox. She has been married since 1982 to Michael A. Ross, an actor and a writer, who has two daughters.
